Recognizing the increased demand for high-quality cleaning services during the COVID-19 pandemic, Rebecca further obtained relevant qualifications and certifications, including CSCS, SSSTS, COSHH, IOSH (General), IOSH (Construction), NEBOSH (General), and British Cleaning Level 5 Diploma, to ensure the best possible service delivery.

As the company expanded, Suremaid began offering a broader range of specialised services, including construction site cleaning, oven cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, student accommodation cleaning, and commercial building cleaning.
